Who we are
The company "VODAFONE-PANAFON HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS SOCIETE ANONYME", which is based at 1-3 Tzavella Street, 15321, Chalandri, acts as Data Controller.
In this Notice:
"we" or "us" means VODAFONE-PANAFON HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS SOCIETE ANONYME (hereinafter referred to as "Vodafone")
"third parties" means anyone other than us and you ("Data Subject").
"Vodafone Group" means Vodafone Group Plc and any company or other organization in which Vodafone Group owns more than 15% of the share capital.

What personal data we collect about you and how we further process them
Information we collect about you
We may collect your business contact details (such as your name, email, phone number, job title, name of associated company) directly from you, when you interact with Vodafone personnel during exhibitions, conferences, summits or other business events and voluntarily provide them to us. We may also receive your contact or similar registration details from the respective event organizer only in the case where you have provided relevant consent.
Purposes of processing
We will process your personal data to send you marketing communications and inform you about our products and services that may interest you or your organisation, aiming to establish and develop a business relationship.
Legal basis
We will collect and further process your personal data based on your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the e-mail address: data.privacy.gr@vodafone.com. Your consent withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out before such withdrawal.
Who we share your personal data with
We will share your data with partners and/or service providers with regards to marketing communications and promoting Vodafone’ s products and services.
How long we keep your data
Vodafone will retain your business details for as long as it is required for the purposes for which they were collected and for a maximum period of 12 months, unless you withdraw your consent earlier. In the case where a business relationship is established, the retention period is extended in accordance with our Policies.
Your rights
According to the Data Protection Legislation, you have and can exercise the following rights:
the right of access,
the right to request the rectification of any inaccurate personal data about you or the completion of your personal data,
as well as, if the conditions of the legislation are met:
the right to erasure,
the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive and transmit to another data controller your personal data, which you have provided to Vodafone, in an appropriate format,
the right to restriction of processing,
the right to object, in particular regarding processing activities based on our legitimate interest,
the right to withdraw at any time the consent you may have given to us, without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out before such withdrawal.
