If you see an error message on your device screen, check the codes below and follow the suggested instructions:

• MV1821 / MV1830 / MV1851: To resolve this error, we recommend restarting the app.

• MT2651: To resolve this error, we recommend enabling GPS / Geolocation on your device.

• MG004: The Vodafone TV app is available for smartphones or tablets running iOS (v11 or later) and Android (v5.0 or later). Rooted/jailbroken devices are not supported.

• MG006: Try turning your device’s WiFi or Data off and back on again.
