As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the protection of our customers’ personal data, we are strengthening the login process for the One Net Management Tool by incorporating additional verification methods.
Specifically, users accessing the One Net website will now log in through a 2-step process:
Entering their username and password, as is currently the case, and
Entering a One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to users via email or SMS to their mobile phone, provided these contact details are registered in their user profile on the One Net website.
To ensure successful access to the application once the new verification step becomes mandatory, users will need to confirm in their One Net website profile that a valid email address and/or mobile phone number is registered and accessible to them, by following these steps:
Log in with your username and password at the website
From the main menu, select Connection Rights and then User Profile
Enter the email address where the one-time password will be sent. Optionally, you may also register the mobile phone number you use, which must be linked to the One Net service.
Select Accept to save your changes.
Important notes:
Main Administrators of the One Net website will need to register contact details for all active users by selecting Connection Rights and then Users from the main menu.
Editing contact details can only be done via the One Net website, not through the Vodafone One Net App.
When entering a mobile phone number in the relevant field of the user profile, the system will display the available mobile numbers linked to the One Net service, which can then be selected. No other mobile numbers can be registered apart from these.
