All Calls: You can forward all your incoming calls to another phone number of your choice, either landline or mobile. To activate, dial *21*destination number**. To deactivate, dial **21**.
When the call is not answered: If a call is not answered within 25 seconds, you can forward it to a phone number of your choice, either landline or mobile. To activate, dial *61*destination number**. To deactivate, dial 61.
When the subscriber is unavailable: When you are unavailable, you can forward your incoming calls to a phone number of your choice, either landline or mobile. To activate, dial *62*destination number**. To deactivate, dial **62**.
When the line is busy: When your line is busy, you can forward your incoming calls to a phone number of your choice, either landline or mobile. To activate, dial *67*destination number**. To deactivate, dial **67**.
You can cancel any call forwarding you have set up at any time by dialing **24**.
While you are on a call on your landline, you can be notified with a short beep when another incoming call is waiting. To activate, dial *43**. To deactivate, dial **43**.
During a call, you can put your caller on hold at any time without ending the call. To activate, dial *6**. To deactivate, dial **6**.
Whenever you receive an anonymous call, you can inform the caller with a recorded message that they need to remove caller ID blocking in order to reach you. To activate, dial *80**. To deactivate, dial **80**.
You can see who is calling you, provided they are using a compatible phone device that supports this service. To activate, dial *224**. To deactivate, dial **224**.
Simple Withholding (Permanent): For any number you call, you can choose to hide your phone number and appear as "Unknown". To activate, dial *22*50**. To deactivate, dial **31**.
Selective Withholding: You can choose to have your phone number appear as "Unknown" when calling a specific number. To activate, dial *31*1** before the number you are calling.
*Note: If you have your own PBX equipment, you should apply the settings supported by your equipment. If you have an IP Phone device, call forwarding can also be activated from your device.
