A. Call Forwarding

1. All calls: You can forward all your incoming calls to another phone number of your choice, either landline or mobile. To activate, dial *21*destination number#. To deactivate, dial #21#.

2. When the call is not answered: If a call is not answered within 25 seconds, you can forward it to a phone number of your choice, either landline or mobile. To activate, dial *61*destination number#. To deactivate, dial #61#.

3. When the line is busy: When your line is busy, you can forward your incoming calls to a phone number of your choice, either landline or mobile. To activate, dial *67*destination number#. To deactivate, dial #67#.

B. Call Waiting

While you are on a call on your landline phone, you can be notified with a short beep when there is another incoming call. To activate, dial *43#. To deactivate, dial #43#.

C. Rejecting Anonymous Calls

Whenever you receive an anonymous call, you can inform the caller with a recorded message that they need to remove the number concealment in order to reach you. To activate, dial *77#. To deactivate, dial #77#.

D. Number Concealment

1. Simple concealment (Permanent): For any number you call, you can choose to have your phone number hidden and appear as "Unknown". To activate, dial *32#. To deactivate, dial #32#.

2. Selective concealment: If you wish, your phone number can appear as "Unknown" when calling a specific number. To activate, dial *31* before the number you are calling.

*Note: If you have your own PBX equipment, you should apply the settings supported by your equipment. If you have an IP Phone device, call forwarding can also be activated from your device.
