When you activate the OneNet service, you will automatically receive 2 emails at the address you provided in your application, with the subject Vodafone One Net Access Codes – You have been set as the administrator of the Vodafone One Net Service.

• The 1st email contains the username you will need to use to log in to the web platform.

• The 2nd email contains a username in the format XXXXXXXX_CD_XX, which has limited capabilities and user permissions.
