An error message or code appears on the Vodafone TV decoder and the service is not working.

If an error code appears on your VodafoneTV decoder:

SA005: Vodafone TV service activation is in progress. Unplug the decoder from the power and try again later.

SA002: No connection to the service, check the connection to the router.

SA010: The PIN codes do not match, try again.

SC218: Playback error, check the connection to the router.

SC123: No internet connection, check the router.

SC022: No connection to the local network, check the cable.

SC014: There was an error connecting to the service, check your internet connection.

SB003: You are trying to watch on more devices than allowed or you do not have a subscription to this channel.

SC005: Unable to connect/Cannot tune to the current network, check the connection between the decoder and the router and restart the router.
