An error message or code appears on the Vodafone TV app for mobile or tablet and the service isn’t working.
If you see an error message on your device screen, check the codes below and follow the suggested instructions:
MV1821 / MV1830 / MV1851: To resolve this error, we recommend restarting the app.
MT2651: To resolve this error, we recommend enabling GPS / Geolocation on your device.
MG004: The Vodafone TV app is available for smartphones or tablets running iOS (v11 or later) and Android (v5.0 or later). Rooted/jailbroken devices are not supported.
MG006: Try turning your device’s WiFi or Data off and back on again.
