If the Vodafone TV app isn’t working, try restarting the app and/or your device. If you see error code “MA103,” your username or password is incorrect.
If you’ve forgotten your login details, see here for how you can recover them.
If the problem persists, try reinstalling the app.
If the Vodafone TV app shows error MA218, the device is registered to another TV account. In the past, you’ve logged in to Vodafone TV on this device with a different username/password than the one you’re using now. To remove a device from a TV account, you need to log in with the corresponding credentials on My Vodafone Web and select the device management menu.
