First, try replacing the batteries in the remote control.

The Vodafone TV service remote control works with both Bluetooth and infrared. It’s recommended to use the Bluetooth connection, as it makes communication with the set-top box much easier, without needing a direct “line of sight” between the two devices!

If you’re having trouble connecting the remote to the set-top box, you can change the connection method by going to:

“Settings” > “System Settings” > “Remotes and Accessories” > “Add Remote”
