The Vodafone TV service remote control works with both Bluetooth and infrared. It is recommended to use the Bluetooth connection, as it makes communication with the set-top box much easier, without requiring a “line of sight” between the two devices.

If you’re having trouble connecting the remote to the set-top box, you can change the connection method by going to:

Set-Top Box Settings > Connected Devices > Remote Control and pressing the 3 and yellow buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to switch the connection method from Bluetooth to infrared.
