The network synchronization download speed guarantee for your router (wired connection) is valid following a check by Vodafone. This check is performed remotely by our technical team. If we are unable to restore the speed and there is a deviation from the guaranteed speed as described in the table below, we will provide a 10% discount.

The actual speed (IP) guarantee (wired connection) applies if, after measurements, there is a recurring deviation from the Minimum actual (IP) download or upload speed of your connection, as stated either in the initial service application or in the My Vodafone web service, in accordance with the provisions of the National Regulation for Open Internet (EETT Decision 876/7B), based on the Terms of Use for Internet Access Service. In this case, we provide a 10% discount.
