In your application for activation of the ADSL and VDSL 30Mbps service, the minimum actual IP speed of your connection is stated, in accordance with the provisions of the National Regulation for Open Internet (EETT Decision 876/7B).

At any time, you can measure the actual (IP) speed of your connection through My Vodafone web or the My Vodafone app. Visit the page to see detailed instructions with images.

If you experience a recurring deviation from the minimum actual (IP) download or upload speed of your connection, as stated either in your initial service application or in the My Vodafone web/My Vodafone app service, we will provide you with a *10% discount until the end of your contract.

*The discount is applied to the standard monthly fee, provided it is determined that the speed issue is due to Vodafone’s responsibility and is not resolved within 30 days. It is valid until the end of your contract. The speed check concerns a wired Internet connection (via Ethernet cable) and not wireless WiFi.
