Sync speed is the speed at which your connection to Vodafone’s landline internet speed connection is established. When your equipment (modem/router) connects to the internet, it always tries to achieve the highest possible transmission speed, known as the nominal speed, while also maintaining an acceptable quality level to ensure connection stability. This process is called “synchronization” and takes a few seconds. The “sync speed” is usually lower than the “nominal” speed.
