Network (sync) speed is affected by conditions and technical parameters beyond Vodafone’s control, such as the specific technical characteristics of the equipment, the distance between the service installation site and the local exchange, the quality of the (copper) cable connecting the provider’s/organization’s exchange to the service installation site, interference caused by the installation and operation of other xDSL technology devices at various points in the access network, the quality and length of the internal wiring at the installation site, etc.

Vodafone makes every possible effort to ensure that the services it provides are of the highest possible quality, taking into account the technical characteristics and inherent limitations of the infrastructure and the subscriber’s location, and to guarantee a minimum contention ratio of 1:40.
