If you wish to transfer your service to another individual, you can visit a Vodafone store together with the recipient of the line, bringing photocopies of your ID card (both sides) or passport:
Of the current customer (the person requesting the transfer)
Of the recipient of the line
Of the credit card holder in case of a direct debit via credit card
If it is not possible for both parties to be present, only the recipient of the line may visit a store of their choice to proceed with the transfer request.
In this case, they will need to provide the following:
Their own ID
A relevant authorization from the current customer for the transfer. The authorization must be issued via gov.gr or certified by a competent authority and must state that the transfer of the specific number is authorized.
A copy of the current customer’s ID
