I want to cancel my landline contract. What should I be aware of?

If you wish to terminate your contract, you should be aware that you will lose your landline phone number. Also, please note that if your contract has not yet expired, you will be charged the applicable termination fees, as stated in your contract, according to paragraph 8.2 of your contract terms.

Do you want to terminate your landline contract, or specific services included in it?

Through Vodafone’s live chat, TOBi will assist you with everything you need for your termination request. Specifically, via chat:

  • you will indicate the number and/or services for which you wish to terminate the contract

  • TOBi will forward your request to the appropriate department, which will contact you to complete the process

To initiate the termination of your contract, start a chat by clicking here, enter your landline number, and TOBi will take care of the rest.

The process can be completed within up to 7 working days from the submission of the required documentation. Alternatively, you can call 13830.
