What happens after you change your mobile plan?

On your bill
Your next bill will clearly show two separate billing periods:
• 1st period: Charge ratio from the date of the change until the bill issue date
• 2nd period: Advance charge for the service for the current billing period

On your benefits
With all usage plans, you’ll receive the full amount of GB your new plan provides each month. If your new plan offers unlimited talk minutes, you’ll get unlimited minutes from the date of the change until your next billing date; otherwise, your benefits will be allocated on a pro-rated basis. As for SMS, they are allocated proportionally across all plans.
