How can I transfer my line?

To transfer your line to a private individual, you must both visit a Vodafone store with the following documents:

  • Identification (ID card or passport) of the new line holder, as well as your own identification

  • Tax clearance certificate of the new line holder (if coming from another provider)

  • Utility bill of the new line holder (if coming from another provider)

If one of the two cannot visit the store, a certified authorization from a public authority will be required.

To complete the transfer process, there must be no outstanding debt on the line you wish to transfer. The cost of the transfer is €5.04.
