What you need to know about five-digit SMS numbers starting with 19 and/or numbers starting with 54:

• If you activate the block for chargeable five-digit SMS, you will not receive chargeable SMS from these numbers, and therefore you won’t have related charges in the future.

• Activating the block stops chargeable incoming SMS, but does not prevent you from sending SMS to five-digit numbers starting with 19 or 54, with the corresponding charge.

• SMS from numbers starting with 19 and/or 54 that do not charge you will continue to be delivered. For example, you will still receive SMS from Vodafone Thank you.

• If you need to block calls to premium-rate numbers, you’ll need to contact Tobi on live chat and request to activate voice blocking for premium-rate numbers.

If you are subscribed to content services and have unwanted charges, you need to activate a block for such messages.
