How can I enable or disable Wifi Calling?

With the Vodafone WiFi Calling service, you can make and receive high-quality calls on your mobile phone anywhere there is WiFi (regardless of your fixed-line provider), even when your mobile signal is weak or unavailable.

Charges

The service is offered free of charge, and calls made via WiFi use the available talk time from your plan or bundle. Standard call charges apply according to the usage plan you have selected. You can also refer to the service terms of use for more details.

Compatible Devices

The service is available for activation and use by both personal and business subscribers—contract, prepaid plan, and prepaid mobile—who have:

  • iPhone 6s (or newer)

  • Android devices running version 4.2+ (or newer)

If you have a non-compatible device, you will need to contact customer support to activate the service.

Activating WiFi Calling
  1. If your device is compatible, you can activate the service by sending a free SMS to 1339 with the word WIFI.

  2. Once you receive the activation SMS, you will need to set up the service according to your device.
