(b) Value-added services in the country you are visiting: When traveling within the European Union, you can use the premium-rate value-added services of the country you are visiting, such as premium-rate numbers, toll-free numbers, or shared-cost numbers, with additional charges or surcharges that are not set by Vodafone but by the foreign network.
