Voice calls to 800 and 801 numbers, to short codes in the 10xxx, 11xxx, 15xxx, 138xx (other providers), 181xx, 182xx, 183xx ranges—excluding 116xx and 118xx—as well as 901, 909, 806, 812, 825, 850, 875, 14xxx, 190–195, and 54, and sending SMS to short codes (premium or value-added services) incur higher charges while roaming.

If you connect to and use a non-terrestrial or satellite public mobile network while in international waters or onboard an aircraft, via special devices installed on the (air)craft, charges for using satellite/maritime networks are not set by Vodafone but by the satellite/maritime network provider.
