How can I check the status of my landline application?

You can check the status of your fixed telephone line application through the My Vodafone app by selecting "Track your landline order" in the "Useful Information" section. There, you’ll need to enter either your application number or your phone number and tap "Continue." Below, you can find detailed steps on how to view the status of your fixed telephone line application.

You can also check the status of your fixed telephone line application here by entering your application number or your phone number.

Through this process, you can get information about the following:

  • The name and main features of the service you have chosen

  • The current stage of your application

  • Messages based on the status of your line

  • The estimated activation date of your service

Regardless of the above, we will inform you about:

  1. The estimated activation date of your service via SMS.

  2. If you have chosen to install a new telephone line (new number), we will call you to schedule a visit from our team for a technical inspection and connection of your line.

  3. On the day your service is activated, we will notify you via SMS and email.

Note: The activation process begins as soon as you send us the signed application for the service you have chosen, along with the necessary supporting documents.
