How do I enable or disable outgoing call barring on my landline?
You can enable call barring for outgoing calls to specific destinations. The available barring categories are as follows:

To deactivate the service, dial #34*PIN# and the call button.
Tip: The first time you activate call barring, you will enter the PIN '0000', which you should change to another 4-digit PIN of your choice. To change the PIN, dial *80*old PIN*new PIN# and the call button.
