The SMS you received is intended to inform you about your current mobile internet usage, as well as how many GB you can still use at full speed.

Specifically, you will receive an informational SMS:

When you reach 80%, meaning you have already used 240GB within the month and you can still use 60GB at full speed before your speed is temporarily reduced to a maximum of 4Mbps.
When you reach 100%, meaning you have already used 300GB and your speed will be temporarily reduced to a maximum of 4Mbps.
