The process of registering your device on the My Vodafone app includes the following steps:
Two steps for verifying your information (Mobile phone number & Email with OTP code delivery)
Setting & Verifying your login PIN (optionally & Biometrics)
Confirmation message upon completion of the process & login to the app
During the two verification steps, we will need to confirm both your mobile number and your email by sending verification codes via SMS and email, respectively.
You can choose the order of verification. Remember that whichever detail you select in Step 1 (mobile or email) will be pre-filled by us for identification purposes*. On the other hand, for whichever detail remains for the 2nd verification step, you’ll be able to enter whatever you wish.
*An exception applies if you have more than 20 numbers on the same account.
