The Report Export feature allows business customers to export the My Vodafone Business Account and Detailed Transaction Report in .xlsx and .csv formats.
The company must have an active My Vodafone Business account, and the user must have the appropriate permissions to use the service.
The service is accessible from the following three locations within My Vodafone Business:
From the main Screen/Dashboard at the bottom of the page by selecting Reports
From the main Screen/Dashboard under Outstanding Amounts, by selecting one of the registration numbers and then View reports
From the Account History, by selecting Export Reports
The service provides 4 types of Reports:

Call Analysis | Includes transactions within and outside the fixed charges | .csv |

Communication Categories | Summary by communication category and by connection | .xlsx |
Users can export reports for Mobile, Landline (OneNet), or all services (both mobile and landline combined) at the following levels:
VAT Number (includes account data issued within a calendar month for all accounts and connections under the specific VAT number)
For a Registration Number (includes data from one account for the connections of the selected registration number)
For a Single Registration Number (includes data from one account only for the connection number selected in the form)
