If you have purchased a SIM card from one of our partner sales points and it has not yet been activated, follow the steps below:
After inserting it into your phone, call 1252.
If you continue to experience issues and you obtained the SIM from a Vodafone store, you should contact them directly.
If you purchased it from any other sales point, you can activate it online by filling out the registration form and following a few simple steps. If your number is a CU number, complete your registration here.
Once you have successfully completed the required steps to submit your new SIM card activation request and attached all necessary documents as requested, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been successfully submitted.
Within 1-3 business days, you will receive another email confirming the completion of your SIM card activation, and your card will then be ready for use.
