How can I check my usage, data balance, and add an internet bundle?

For the Giga WiFi Home service, you will receive notifications on your service number when you reach 80% and 100% of your usage. Similarly, with Giga WiFi Home Unlimited, you will receive SMS notifications—even though you have unlimited GB—to keep you informed about how much data remains before your speed is temporarily reduced to a maximum of 12Mbps.

For both services (Giga WiFi Home & Giga WiFi on the spot), you can check your balance anytime on My Vodafone web, provided you have registered. Alternatively, you can visit www.vodafone.gr/myvmb.

Purchasing additional internet bundles for the Giga WiFi Home & Giga WiFi on the spot services is possible both through the My Vodafone app and via www.vodafone.gr/myvmb.* For Giga WiFi Home Unlimited, purchasing an internet bundle is not available, as it offers unlimited data for internet use.

Browsing the page does not consume MB, so you can navigate to activate a bundle for the Giga WiFi Home & Giga WiFi on the spot services even if you have no MB available.
