If you have just transferred your number to Vodafone from another provider, you will need to enter the security code you received via SMS on your number when you submitted your portability request. If you accidentally deleted the SMS, please contact us so we can remind you of the code.

In any other case (e.g., new prepaid mobile or SIM card replacement with eSIM), you should enter your 10-digit phone number as the security code.
