Activating your eSIM at a Vodafone store (using a QR code)

If you are the account holder, you can visit any Vodafone store to activate your eSIM in just a few minutes.

1. First, you’ll receive a card with the activation QR code and your new PIN/PUK codes so you can install the eSIM profile on your device.

2. Make sure your eSIM-compatible device is connected to a WiFi network and has Internet access. Below, you’ll find all the necessary steps you need to follow to properly activate your eSIM depending on your device.

3. If you’re asked to enter a PIN code at the final step, type in the eSIM PIN that comes with the QR code to complete the installation of the eSIM profile on your device. The eSIM activation fee is €9.90.

4. Store the card in a safe place and use the QR code if you want to transfer your number to another eSIM-compatible device in the future.
