After installing the eSIM profile on your iPhone, you may need to restart your device. If iMessage and FaceTime are not working, follow these steps:
Go to your device’s Settings.
Turn off iMessage and FaceTime for a few minutes.
Restart your device.
Turn iMessage and FaceTime back on.
If you have a prepaid or prepaid mobile:
Try adding credit to your account by purchasing a top-up card.
Restart your device after the credit has been added.
If the above steps don’t help, you can contact your device manufacturer.
In some cases, your device may need up to 24 hours to recognize the eSIM.
