To enjoy the 5G experience, you need:

• a 5G device certified on the Vodafone network

• to be in an area covered by the new state-of-the-art network

The 5G network is automatically activated for all our subscribers, both individuals and businesses (contract, prepaid plan, and prepaid mobile), who have a device that supports 5G.

If you want to disable access to the 5G network, you can do so through your device’s Settings by going to "Settings" > "Connections" > "Mobile Networks" > "Vodafone Network Mode". There, you can select the network you prefer.
