You can arrange a settlement or request an extension for an overdue balance of more than €20 online through My Vodafone web or the My Vodafone app.
If the payment extension cannot be completed for any of the following reasons (you already have an active payment plan, you have defaulted on a previous payment plan on any of your accounts, or your debt has been overdue for a long period), you will need to pay your balance on time by clicking the "Pay" button. If you prefer, you can also arrange a payment plan for an overdue balance of more than €20 via chat.
