My bill payment failed and/or my card was declined. What should I do?

If your payment has failed with the message "Transaction Failed" or "Your card was declined," then the transaction was not completed and your card has not been charged. You can try to pay your bill again, keeping the following in mind:

  • Make sure your card has enough available balance to complete the transaction

  • Ensure all your card details (Card Number, CVV, Expiry Date) are entered correctly

  • Check that your card has not expired

  • Confirm that your card is not subject to restrictions such as a daily transaction limit, and that it has not been reported lost or stolen

If all of the above are correct but your payment is still declined, we recommend trying a different payment method or contacting your bank or card issuer to find out why the transaction failed.
