Service Restriction Due to Overdue Balance

Incoming and outgoing call barring have been activated on your line due to an overdue balance, several days after your bill’s due date. Activating the restriction also incurs an additional reconnection fee. To avoid this charge in the future, make sure to settle your balance before the restriction is activated.

To lift the restriction, you’ll need to pay your outstanding balance as well as the reconnection fees. We recommend choosing one of the payment methods listed below, as this will ensure the restriction is lifted within 30 minutes of your payment.

Payment methods for lifting the restriction within 30 minutes:

• Quick Bill Payment without logging in

• Pay your bill by logging in to My Vodafone web

• Pay your bill through the My Vodafone app, which you’ll need to download.

• At a Vodafone store (if you pay in-store by card, please inform staff that your line is restricted)

Delay in Update When Paying by Other Methods

If you choose to pay using another method (e.g., bank, ELTA), there will be a delay in Vodafone being notified of your payment. Find out more about how long it takes third parties to inform Vodafone of your payment.
