I have renewed or changed my plan or services and I see two billing periods on my account. Why is this happening?

During the previous billing period, changes were made to your services regarding plans, additional packages, and/or discounts.

Only on this specific bill, in addition to the charges for your services for the current billing period, a prorated charge is included for the plan, additional monthly bundles, or discounts that were changed, for the period from the date of the change until the bill was issued, for the connection numbers where the changes occurred.
