I have paid the amount from my previous bill, but I still see the charge on my current bill. What should I pay?

This is related to the date your Vodafone bill was issued and the date you made your payment. In other words, you paid your bill while the process of issuing your next bill had already started, so your payment wasn’t reflected in time.

Since you’ve already paid, you don’t need to worry about the previous balance. You only need to pay the amount for your current bill, which is shown in the “Your monthly bill” section.

To avoid situations like this, we recommend choosing online Bill Payment, so your payments are immediately visible to Vodafone.

You can find all available ways to pay your bill either in installments or without installments.
