In the new shared envelope both Vodafone mobile and fixed Vodafone Home invoices will have the same issue date. The simultaneous bill issue along with the enveloping of your bills will not cause any changes neither on your monthly charges, your services bundles or the payment method you have selected.

Clarification:
You will continue to make 2 separate payments for your mobile bill and fixed services respectively.

At the same time, we have created for your convenience an additional page that will be included in your “One Envelope” where we have gathered the total due amount for the current month, in order to have a complete overview of your communication expenses.

You can activate the “One Envelop” for your bills:

In a Vodafone store

Calling 13830 from your Vodafone mobile if you are a consumer customer or 1399 if
you are a corporate customer.

Completing the following form:
