FAQs

How can I report an issue?

You can raise a ticket via My Vodafone in the “Network Guarantee” section. Select what kind of unsatisfactory experience you had and the location and submit by choosing “Report issue”.

 

What is included in the reimbursement?

For reports of unsatisfactory voice experience Vodafone provides you, once per month, with 60 minutes of free calls to all, to be used within 24 hours. For reports of unsatisfactory data experience Vodafone provides, once per month, you with 300 MB to be used within 24 hours, per month. Within a short period you will receive an informative SMS confirming the activation of the free minutes and/or MB.

 

I have reported an issue, when does the reimbursement start?
