Pension scheme
Our Pension Plan is actually a means to help you save as you earn in a secure and profitable way. Simply put, this works in a similar way to a savings bank account. You choose how much you want to invest (from as little as 1% of your annual base salary - up to a maximum of 10%) and we contribute with 3% of your salary. Unlike a bank account though, you can't touch this money at any time ? there are some restrictions.
