Call 1286 free of charge and follow the recorded directions or alternatively, send via free SMS to 1286 the mobile number you wish to know if it is Vodafone and you will receive a reply SMS informing you whether this number belongs to Vodafone Network.
You can now communicate completely Free and Unlimited with all Vodafone
postpaid and prepay subscribers with the new Vodafone Unlimited program
which offers free unlimited minutes and SMS for 1 month, with any top
up amount €10 or more. The Vodafone Unlimited program applies to
Vodafone CU, Vodafone New Prepaid, Vodafone International and
Olympiacos prepaid subscribers.
To activate the Vodafone Unlimited program you can call 1252 free of charge or send a free SMS writing the letter ‘A’ or ‘U’ in Greek or English, Capitals or Lower Case.
You can be informed about your remaining credit by calling 1252 free of charge and remaining SMS by sending a free SMS to 1286.
Free call time and SMS are valid for 31 days per renewal card. If they are not consumed within the 31 day period, they cannot be transferred and are lost. After consuming 1.500’ and 1.500 SMS and before chargeable activity you will be informed via SMS.
The minimum call length for free call minutes is 3 minutes and after the lapse of the first 3 minutes per call, and then usage is calculated per second.
The prerequisite of the 10 € or above renewal for the reimbursement of the free minutes and SMS, is not a charge, i.e. the talk time remains in your account and can be used as you wish.
A fair usage policy for the 1500 minutes and 1500 SMS applies.
Vodafone Unlimited activation has a top limit of 3 connections under the same Identity Card or other identification document number.
For the reimbursement of the free talk time and SMS all talk time renewal methods are valid except the services Vodafone Sharing, credit extension and bonus from Citibank Visa.
Credit Renewal activated abroad is considered valid and you will be able to use the free talk time and SMS when you return to Greece (if their validity has not expired).
If talk time renewal takes place while Vodafone Unlimited free minutes or SMS from a previous renewal remain unused, the remaining free minutes or SMS become invalid. The 1500 minutes and 1500 SMS gained by the current renewal now become valid. If they are not used within the period of 31 days, free minutes or SMS cannot be transferred and are lost.
If the 1500 minutes or 1500 SMS limit is exceeded, charges follow your basic charging program.
Free call minutes and SMS do not include video-calls or MMS and calls or SMS to overseas phones or made during roaming.
In the case of removal from the Vodafone Unlimited program any remaining free call minutes or SMS from a previous renewal are not valid. Registration cannot take place before the passing of 31 days.
The Vodafone Unlimited program applies to Vodafone CU, Vodafone New Prepaid, Vodafone International and Olympiacos prepaid subscribers.
Vodafone Unlimited in prepay is valid until 30/06/2011.
