Contract renewal instructions through my account
- Log in to my account by entering your user name and password.
- From the Connections management area you can select to click on either the Contract renewal or the Discount instead of subsidy links. Alternatively you can select My connections from the left hand menu and click on either the Upgrade handset/contract or
Discount instead of subsidy icons.
- If you have selected Contract renewal you will be able to select your preferred device, tariff plan and optionally any accessories you may want. Once you have made your selections, all you have to do is fill in the address where you want your phone and contract delivered to and you will receive them free of shipping charge within 2-4 working days.
- If you have selected you will be informed about the amount of discount you will receive on your monthly bill and from there you can chose to complete the transaction.
