In the event of a technical issue in your phone line, or your Internet in the fixed line, you can activate Vodafone’s “communication reserve”, so you can continue being in contact with your partners and customers.

 

 

 

What is Communication Reserve?
 

Until your fixed-line service is restored, we provide you, completely free of charge, the following:

Unlimited talk time & MB for your mobile phone
Call forwarding from your fixed-line phone number to a phone number of your choice

 

How do I activate it?
 

To activate the “Communication Reserve”, you must first inform us of your technical problem by dialing 1399. Our technicians will attempt to resolve the issue immediately.

 

Personal service

Contact hours with your Personal Advisor: 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday,
from a Vodafone mobile numbers, free of charge.
Vodafone’s Corporate Customer Care (1399) operates 24/7.

 

Terms, conditions & requirements



  • “Communication Reserve” is addressed to all subscribers in Vodafone Business Connect 1 to 8, and the non-commercially available Vodafone Office Double Play and Vodafone Business Double Play.
  • This service is activated by the fixed-line telephony customer support department and it becomes available to users in the event of a malfunction resulting in total loss of telephony and/or DSL Internet services.
  • This service is available solely for Vodafone mobiles
  • Subscribers are provided with unlimited talk minutes to national networks (both fixed-line and mobile networks) and MB until the malfunction is resolved.
