What is My Vodafone app and how can I use it?

My Vodafone app allows you to check your usage or your remaining balance as well as your last bill from your Smartphone. If you are a pay-as-you-go customer you can activate Mobile Internet, Voice and SMS bundles and top up your balance through the app. You can download My Vodafone app for free from the Google Play Store if you are an Android user or Apple’s App Store if you have an iPhone. Simply search My Vodafone and download the app!

How can I activate/deactivate Mobile Internet and MMS on my mobile?

If you have a Smartphone, simply go to “Settings”, switch off WiFi and turn on Mobile Data/Network Data. In case you are not a Smartphone user, or you cannot connect to the Internet using Vodafone’s Network, you should call Vodafone’s Customer Care (13830).

To activate MMS, you can send an empty SMS to 1392 to receive the MMS settings or call 13830 or click here

Am I able to use my data allowance on my Laptop or Tablet?

Internet 4 Sharing service allows you to share the MB of your mobile plan to all your devices (Tablets or Laptops). You may connect to your phone up to 4 additional devices! Internet 4 Sharing is eligible for tariff plans with embedded MB (Data): Vodafone 2all, Free for Consumer

If your tariff is under the new Vodafone family programs, Vodafone RED+ or Vodafone One+ you can share and control your MBs with your family, quick and easy by calling 13830.

How can I check the remaining data (MB) of my tariff allowance?

All Vodafone customers can enjoy worry-free communication and unique cost control services. Check your usage from your Smartphone or Laptop with My Vodafone app or My account. Keep in mind that we send you a free SMS once you reach the 80% of your usage for total control!

What should I check before travelling abroad?

Before travelling abroad you should make sure that the Roaming service is activated in your number. Check here the available networks and the charges while roaming. For further assistance, you can call 13830, or visit a Vodafone Shop or enter My account. .

How can I report a Vodafone Network Guarantee issue?

In the rare case that an issue occurs, you can report it via My Vodafone app, in the Network Guarantee option. Under the option “Report an issue”, you can select the type of your issue you experienced, report your location and submit it. You will then shortly receive an SMS informing you about your “network-reimbursement”, i.e. offer activation.

How can I check my last bill?

Check your last bill in any of the following ways:

  • Register to My account
  • Download My Vodafone app
  • Call 1289 for free from your Vodafone mobile
  • Send an empty SMS for free to 1289
  • Call 13830
  • Visit a Vodafone Shop

What payment code should I use if I am an “One Envelope” customer?

If you combine Vodafone mobile and Vodafone home and receive your invoices in One Envelope, you will make your payments using the 2 different payment codes which you will find in the 1st page of your bill, under the title: “Your total communication expenses for mobile, fixed and broadband Internet” .
